Hey guys, im with telus satellite but im pretty sure its the same as bell, I could be wrong. Anyway im just wondering why I can only get the standard spike TV channel and not HD.

As far as I know neither carries the HD version and no one else in Canada.

No offense, but half the time Bell don't even tell customers that they have launched a channel, do you really think that they are going to go and tell us that they are planning to launch a channel???????????????? That would make too much sense for a company like Bell.......

It does suck not having it in HD, as the NTSC version of Spike seems very highly compressed and soft. I like to watch the Powerblock on the weekends, and even when it appears they started with an HD feed and downconverted it to NTSC (it's 16:9) it looks terrible. Even worse, because they broadcast it in 16:9, I end up with black bars on all four sides of my 16:9 TV set ... and then you're tempted to zoom it to fill the whole screen, and it's so low res that it almost gives you a headache watching it.
