I think that Venom wont be introduced in Spiderman untill the final bit of the film just to build up the hype. It does seem that Sony dont want many images of Vemon to get out so it helps the hype!
 
It was only a month ago that we got that pic of Spiderman in the black suit but I expect we will get an announcement about who Topher Grace will be playing within the next few months as they slowly build up the hype!

I wonder if the Fantastic Four will make an appearance (as they do have a bit of history with the costume). Hmm... I kinda doubt it though.
 
Venom first appeared in The Amazing Spider-Man #298 (March 88). Going to be interesting to see how they do introduce the symbiote, given that it's very unlikely they are going to cram the Secret Wars storyline into this film.
 
Yeah she did say that it was going be Venom but it may just part of this plan to keep the villians idenity secret as Sam Ramini may just be trying to confuse us by getting Dunst to let that slip. However as I said before I hope it is Venom as the other villian but I wont believe it untill it is offically confirmed!
 
Which would seem to support theories that Venom appears towarRAB the end as a setup for Spiderman 4.
Probably a good thing as there are quite enough villains in this one by the looks of it. Can't wait to see it though.
 
He was on the end of the comic con trailer though. There was a shot of him leaping towarRAB the camera at the end on that trailer. I had hoped it'd make it into this one, but sadly not.
 
To be geek about it... :) I don't think they could do the Venom origin or character any justice at all by squeezing it into a 2 hour or 3 movie, it'd have to explain way to much, unless theres other origins etc now, not read the comics in awhile dunno, just have worries it'll be another error like Bane became, in Batman and Robin :eek:
 
Eh? How can they review it? The movie isn't even finished yet. It's still in post-production.

Same with Transformers.

What are they talking about?
