I got my dvd Tuesday and after phoning them I have not received any poster nor email with reference number as they promised

Did you ring them about the poster or did it just arrive?
 
My DVD arrived today.
I did not ring them about the poster, it just came through the door.
I was thinking about your poster and did you get an email about the poster weeks ago with a link so you can personalise your poster with a line of your choice?
