Some spoilers included already in the first trailer tho !!!

Where Doc Ock lays Spiderman down on the bed and Harry has the Knife in the air ready to stab him ......... ohhh shocking !!!

The car through the window bit is awesome too !

Can't wait for it in Glorious Quicktime in Large size !!!!!!

I don't wanna sound picky but
1. Its in Flash which is a great tool for trailers :D
2. Tobey Macguire plays Peter Parker way way way too nerdy for my liking... Why would Mary Jane be interested in him...
3. Alfred Molina as Doc Ock... real cool looking... but the character is supposed to be German... Why the US accent on an actor who is actually British of Spanish and Italian decent...
4. I hope this is all just early CGI, because the car looks fake, the blue screen when they're escaping the car looks terrible, the CGI Spiderman that takes off from the alley looks really really poor, the CGI claws out of Doc Ock's back don't look too hot

Could be good... Should be better than the first one which wasn't exactly as good as it could've been..... Tho it had the essence of the Spiderman story.

I just don't trust Raimi with such a huge budget cause the effects in the first one weren't very good, and nothing so far has convinced me that this one might be any better... I hold out hope for the story and the fact that most comic book movies have better sequels.

I'll be honest. I won't be happy till they try a Venom/Carnage storyline and it goes to at LEAST a 15 !! :D
 
I just realised why I don't like Tobey Maguire as Peter Parker

Peter became a wise mouth smart ass as he got more confident as Spiderman... Even in this trailer it looks like he's potraying Dilbert !
 
why the hell would he be interested in HER more like-kirsten dunst is putrid and mary jane was pretty damn annoying too

Looking good though.

They'd struggle with a Venom/Carnage plot without doing the original Venom story first.

Incidentally, in the cartoon series doesn't Mary-Jane end up knowing that Peter Parker is Spiderman?
And what has happened to the posh blonde rich girl from it?
