Speedymoto rear set interest...possible goup buy?

Well, after some pressing phone calls to SpeedyMoto on Monday, we got a tracking number from SpeedyMoto for the rearsets ( 1Z8E98V10350859388 )... showing a UPS delivery date of 8/20/09.
However I immediately noticed that the shipped weight says 3 pounds (which is what? 2, maybe 3 sets?), so I called them back right away to find out that their parts manager was on vacation, returning tomorrow, but that he would look into it and get back to me asap (the only bright side is that they promised to expedite shipping on the remaining sets (yes, I realize it is a small, small bright side).
Anyways, continuing on... 24 hours have passed with no response, so you can bet I will be calling them again, tomorrow, when they open.

Once again, this is out of our control, but I would like to clear up a few things:
Do other vendors have these in stock? Yes.
They ordered/had theirs before our group buy was even started.
Is their price the same as this group buys? No.
Do I understand if you are mad at the situation? Of course, I mean how do you think I feel about it? This is nothing any vendor would want to go through.

I am running into a real time crunch here. In the next couple weeks I will be doing an overseas PCS and if I dont get these things soon it could be a real long time until I get them. Once my goods are packed I am out of this address and on a plane and as of now I would not know where to have them forwarded to. I did not think it would be this long.
I actually just got off the phone with SpeedyMoto just a second ago, and here is the update:
3 of the 15 sets have shipped, the remaining 12 are awaiting one small, anodized part which according to SpeedyMoto is arriving Thursday, which is when final assembly will be completed.
The remaining 12 sets will then be shipped immediately (which is most likely on Friday), from SpeedyMoto's shop in Oregon, direct to each one of you, so that we will not be waiting an extra 8 days for UPS ground to deliver these to us, so that we can repackage them, and ship them to you (which will save you all 8 days of shipping wait time).
The customers that will be getting one of the first 3 sets that are arriving here will depend on which colors arrive in the shipment, so I will know that tomorrow when they actually get here.
