while iam riding with other guy and iam the lead bike iam goin 60 mph on the dot and there bikes are saying iam going 55 been like this since brand new any thoughts

I think that is common for Suzukis. I don't know how much the error is but it is okay to go 5-10 mph faster than the posted speed unless you're in a school/play ground zone. I also noticed that my Nomad's odo does not match my my wife's Suzi.

My 2007 is reading 5 km faster than my gps,has since it was new. From what I have read that common on this bike.

Pretty common for any bike speedo to be off. The only way to know for sure is to use a GPS. When I had my stock Bridgestones my speedo to GPS was off about 5 mph. I replaced the stock stones with Pirelli and now my speedo is dead nuts with the GPS.

Most bike speedos read a touch high by design (it keep the manufacturer out of legal troubles by making sure the odometer does not read low), and the C50 seems to be further off than most. If it bothers you, you can buy an aftermarket speedometer correction kit for your C50 that will make it much more accurate.
