Speeding Ticket Defense - for my day in court?

I was issued a citation for speeding. The officer asked me if I knew the limit and I said yes it was 55mph, she stated that it was 45. No big deal. She asked me if I knew how fast I was going, I stated yes, 52mph..so yes I was going 7 over. She stated she past me and I was doing 58, but came back with a ticket showing 60 in a 45. Didn't even give me a chance to explain. Here's the kicker...I turned left on a road and past her within 30 seconds of turning on that road...she states she passed me like a mile down the road. From where she "clocked" me she turned around and drove behind me for literally 3 minutes...I actually was waiting for her to turn around and pull over the truck that was 2 cars in front of me, he was flying when I turned left on the road. I'm going to go to court and plead no contest...after all I was going 52 in a 45. I'm just wondering what's the best way to argue or prove my point. I really don't think it was me she clocked! HELP...and thanks!!
Also, I didn't bother pulling out the 7 courtesy cards I have because I really didn't believe I was being issued a citation. Nor did I state my stepfather is a traffic cop, nor did I point out that I was employed for the Highway Patrol (not a trooper) I'm just looking for an honest way to get the ticket reduced!
