speed slow on edonkey

hello guys

i am using latest version of shareaza i have dsl connection 512

my download speed is set to max and upload is set to 12.00 KB/s

download speed stillslow plz tell me how to get decent speed also tell me how to see the id status
 
i dont know much about emule but i realized if i shared more i downloaded faster...so i leave emule open all the time and always have files shared

try that if u havnt
 
i have nothing to share but when i download something other user start getting that files from me is that also sharing or u mean i have 2 share any file which is 100% complete and on my library?
