Speech Class Debate Question.?

My partner and I will be participating in a pros vs cons debate in our speech class, the topic we were given was "Should Elliot Spitzer be brought upon Federal Chargers? My partner will be talking about the reasons why Elliot Spitzer "SHOULD" be brought upon federal chargers, while I have to talk about why Spitzer "Should Not" be brought upon federal charges... The help I need from you guys is to help me find stuff on the internet of which talks about the reasons why Spitzer should not be brought upon federal charges... maybe provide me with the help of some articles written to list as my source or websites of which talk about this case and why Spitzer should not be brought upon federal charges. By class rules, I am only allowed one of my sources to be internet base while others have to be from others sources... so I hope you guys can help me out.

The object of it is to research it (internet) and formulate your own opinion. Look for details within the reports that could support your statements. For one, I don't think personal life should affect our leaders jobs. Find something that supports that his approval rating was higher than ever while he was seeing this prostitute. I would love to help with websites but that is too easy - google it. Now, as far as what you are going to say - that has to come from you or your teacher will know better. good luck
