funding Sarah Palin refused? What specific requirements, if any, had to be met if she were to accept this money?

Answers without credible sources will be taken as propaganda or speculation.
She's not on trial. I'm asking a question.
I really was looking forward to learning the reason why the governor refused over $150 million for education in her state. I was hoping there was a good reason, but I haven't seen one yet.
I have the burden of proof? You're saying I have the burden of answering my own question? Yahoo Answers won't let me do that =(
Ron R - No other state refused very similar funding for the same types of programs. Alaska was not the only state to receive special education funding, so it would not have been "special treatment" or a conflict of interest.
"You guys are still campaigning. You don't know how to lead, do you?"

Actually, only one person in the democratic party is President. He's the one leading.

Hahaha, this is Yahoo answers. Why would you trust anyone- with or without sources? You can't even trust the media... so you'd better look somewhere else...

Go to Fox News (the most reliable name in news) and they have lots of info on the lovely Governor Sarah Palin of Alaska

what part of ...she has a special needs child and it would be looked at by democrats as a personal agenda...don't you understand?...she wants education to be equal to all children.....where is the funding for the kids that aren't special needs.....do you really think in this situation that special needs should be considered different?......
