Special Education Prom?

I'm going to be working at a special education prom pretty soon which I think is really awesome and I'm so excited to be doing so. I have three special needs cousins but none of them are of high school age so I'm not too experienced in that field. I'll probably be dancing with some of the students and helping them around. Do you have any tips for me? Things I should do? Things I shouldn't do? Things I should be aware of? Any advice would be fantastic. Thank you.
 
just keep your eyes open for those who may get carried away w/ inappropriate behaviors. (I taught spec ed for 20 yrs. They had proms too and believe me they had to be watched closely) Other than that, just make sure everyone has their food/drinks, etc. Make sure they get a chance to dance if they want to and encourage those who don't.
