speakers in toyota tacoma?

i just found out that there are rear speakers in my 2009 toyota tacoma. they are in the roof! does anyone know if there is a way to access them cause i want to disconnect them so i dont blow them cause i got a new head unit and speakers.
 
i have an 01 taco....and a nissan 350z and have been around a lot of systems and things.if the new tacos have the rear speakers in the roof,i would say your head liner has to come down.which is a lot of work lol. hard to say with out seeing it tho.hope this helps =]
