Ravenholm's Vendetta

Hello.
Earlier this evening this spasm below my right rib occurred to me. In this picture, the location of the spasm is where the upside down "v" like shape is that's pointed upwards towards the chest. (Ex. Under the right rib cage as previously stated.) If one were kicking from the inside out, that's the sensation. (No, I'm NOT pregnant. Ridiculous potential response, I know, but it's one I have indeed received.)
The spasms last for about, eh, under twenty seconds and are sixty seconds apart for about three times. And then they stop indefinitely before starting again.
I do suffer from acid reflux, but notice this spasming isn't on the left side. I'm curious if it may be my intestines.
Along w/ this spasm I also have slight heartburn.
Anyone have a similar experience?
Knowledge is appreciated!
Thanks!
