I was going to change the spark plugs, but i got as far as unbolting and partly removing the cap(cover, Whatever you call the rubber piece that fits over all of the spark plugs) and loosening the first 5 plugs, and when i go to the last plug i noticed that it was going to be more difficult than i thought because its an in-line 6, so i stopped, tightened up the 5 plugs that i loosened put the cap(rubber piece) back on, and bolted it back down. Then when i turned the jeep on the check engine light came on and as days past i noticed it was burning alot more fuel than usual, so went to autozone and got the codes checked but none came up, so i checked the fluids and reset the batterie, but nothing has changed! What would be making it burn close to twice as much gas?
There werent individual wires! It is one piece about 24in by 4in or so that goes onto all the spark plugs.
