Can anyone tell me where the spark plug wires are on a 1994 Chevy Caprice Classic 4.3L? I found the driver's side ones, I would like to find the passenger side ones and how hard are they to change by yourself?
Car runs great, I just have 2 plug wires arching back and forth, exhaust is fine, just bought it from the hubby's ex wife and she just had the plugs changed, I have NO idea why she didn't do the wires at the same time ... but I do know that the plugs are new, and the car is great.

Dear K ~ It's not that simple. The wires are usually changed with new spark plugs which have to be measured carefully. The wires come in sets. Try RepairPal.com for an estimate and ask your friends for a good mechanic. Beware of "Tune Up" price packages which can be a way to make everything cost more. Get your estimate in writing. Otherwise they'll do anything they want. AutoZone has some info on your V8. If it's missing, wires may not be the problem or the only problem. How's the exhaust? How does it smell? Good luck.
