Is there any site I can sign an email up to that will send them loads of spam without them having to 'activate' it or anything & something that they can't remove their email from.

What you plan is blatant harassment and an invasion of privacy.
 
so you want to flood someones email? for what? they can in turn report these sites anyway there is always ways to make them stop sending spam. I for one send a threatening email back saying I will send them a virus that will crash their computer and the spam stops. And believe you me I can do it.
