spam from yahoo answers?

I've gotten at least 255 e-mails in the past 2 days from yahoo answers saying that i got the bet answer on a question. but i only have 10 best answers! has any one else had this problem? its flooding my inbox, and becomming a real problem.
 
Yes it was a glitch(not spam) that was affecting everybody on Yahoo! Answers, but finally a couple of hours ago they fixed it.

over the course of 3-4 days when the glitch was happening, i received 834 duplicate Best Answer Notifications for 72 emails.

There was no way to stop it, because you cannot Opt out of receiving Best Answer notifications.

Click on 'Spam' on one of the best answer notifications so that these future emails flow into your Spam box. You can then uncheck this option when the glitch has been rectified.

As for me, the notifications are no longer flooding through, evidently Yahoo are working on this fault stage by stage, as some of us are still affected.
 
It seems to have stopped for some users but not for everyone. If you open one of the mails and click on the "spam" button it will go to your spam box. When it stops sending all the cr@p, open one of the mails and click on the "not spam" button and everything will be back to normal.

Then delete your spam box.
 
I have the same problem and i wish i could find a way to stop it

Sorry Jake you are wrong I just received another 25 of those emails so it is not fixed
