In Southampton University I would study Graphic Design and in Birmingham City Visual Communication. I've been told that BCU is best in that domain.
Problem is, I would also like to attend classes in Film Studies, but BCU doesn't offer them. Southampton, on the other hand, does.
Southampton also offers a Foundation year.
