Who likes South Park?!? I do! Who's your favorite character? I like Kenny!! "Oh my god, you killed Kenny!" Ok, I want you guys to tell me who you like! South Park is an awesome show, South Park rules!!!!:meatwad::chilly:

Did you take your Ridelin this morning?

Anyways, my Favorite SP character is, hands down, Stan's Dad, Randy Marsh.
He's just the complete idiot father that so many kids imagine there parents are, and what many others wish they had.

I love South Park which is my most favorite show ever and I'm amazed it went through 11 seasons of its ratings/popularity:D, and my favorite SP characters are:

Randy Marsh - He's so hilarious like the other idiot fathers(Homer/Peter/Stan) when he does many dump things which I loved his Bloody Mary/baseball episodes the most.
Officer Barbrady - I find him funny like some dump idiot cops which he's like Chief Wiggum.
Butters - He's the best character ever:p which he's so innocent,funny,gullible & the bashed victim since Meg/Jelly Jiggler/Mesousa(P.P.Dash!).
Terrance & Phillip - They were funny due to their gross fart jokes alot.
Timmy - He's one funny handicap kid who always says his name like a Pokemon from what the writers did to make him funny.
Towelie - He's funny whenever he gets high alot.

My favorite South Park characters....

Butters....a naive kid that gets taken adavantage of/made fun of/beat up,and diciplined severely by his parents for almost anything wrong he does.....until he becomes his alter ego,Professor Chaos, whose only goal is to "wreac havoc on the world that shunned me"

Cartman....Obnoxious,racist,violent,quick to take advantage of others, yet somehow oddly likeable....

Randy Marsh....I just find it amusing how he freaks out over every little thing that happens...

Mr Mackey....I love his whole "drugs are bad" speech (and quote it often)...

Because kids that die(or did die) on a daily are funny? Personally, I don't see the appeal of Butters. His horribly irrating voice and naiveaty makes me want to root for Cartman whenever he does anything to him. I know that's why you all love him, but that's why I hate him with a burning passion.

Out of the main four, my favorites are Cartman (basically an unleashed id) and Kyle (because he's the smart one, and I usually end up relating to his type).

Personally, I never understood the appeal of Randy Marsh. His entire character can be summed up in one word: stupid. And Trey Parker and Matt Stone just made the character even more stupid and enlarged his role, thereby turning Randy into a low rent Homer Simpson wannabe. One reason why I used to watch South Park was because it was an alternative to all of the "Daddy's the dummy" plots and stories that I'm constantly subjected to on the The Simpsons, Family Guy and scads of others.

Absolutely. Me too.

I'm not really sure who my favorite South Park character is anymore. It'd be Cartman if they weren't overusing him. It's be Butters...if they weren't overusing him. I still like Jimmy, though.

I didn't even bother watching the "More Crap" episode once I found out it was Randy-centered. From what I've heard, I didn't miss anything that great.

Stan. It might have been 'My Future Self 'N Me' that put him over the top for me, but he's always the most direct and level headed of the main four. Kyle seems softer and more gullible, but Stan's harshness (I lol'd when he called his dad an 'r' tard) makes him more distinct than Kyle.

Tweak is another one, he just cracks me up whenever he speaks. Same with Jimmy and Timmy (who they don't seem to use much anymore).

I like Randy Marsh a lot, 'The Losing Edge' was one of my favorite episodes because of him. But I don't see him as the same kind of stupid as Homer Simpson. He's way too trusting of what others tell him, if anything.

And Cartman... Is Cartman. There would be no show without Cartman. We all know it.

Kenny is just a prop, always has been. Before all he did was get killed, now he just follows them around like a lost puppy. I like his character, but he did more in season 6 (when he was in Cartman's body) then he's done in 10 seasons.

I'd go with Stan for favorite charecter, although I like Kyle a lot as well.
Both of those charecters seem to anchor the show, and keep it from going too far away from reality (relatively speaking-it's often far from reality as we know it, and that makes me glad!).

Butters is a close second favorite. I've known people, both kids and adults, who were that naive, sometimes willfully so. I like watching Butters use the bathroom (that sounds really bad, dosent it?). The way he drops his pants to the floor to stand at a urinal asserts his uber-childlike qualities. Seriously, three year olds do that. Eight year olds don't.

I like Kenny too. He's underused, but when he is used, he seems to be very good hearted. Stan and Kyle are the moral and intellectual center of the show, but Kenny is it's heart. Cartman is it's anus.

They actually seemed to give Kenny more plotlines back when they used to kill him every episode. For instance, there was the episode where he became an opera singer, the episode where he became the star of a "Jackass" type show, the episode where he was upset that his parents were having another kid, and the episode where he got a girlfriend. For some reason, now that he's kept alive in most episodes, they've stopped giving him stories. I think the last time Kenny had a plotline was in the PSP episode.

My favourite characters are -

1) Leopold Butters
2) Randy Marsh
3) Eric Cartman
4) Craig Nommel
5) Tweek Tweek
6) Wendy Testaburger
7) Mrs. Garrison
8) Kyle
9) Chef
10) Ike

Reasons, gang. Let's give some reasons why we like these characters instead of just rattling off a bunch of names. The last thing we need here is another list thread.
