It's Offical: For Greatness This Half Season, Have It Focused on kids from the school. Not on Indie, not on government offical and not (IMHO) Political canidates. And this one proved it dosen't even need to be the main boys at all. Really all they did was get addicted to online video games (this time some Call Of Dutyesque War Shooter. I wished for more of a joke on how they were addicted throughout the ep to parody all the times we've been getting video game ads this season but oh well), Cartman got bit in one scene and they were in the assembly. This was actually all on the Goth Kids and on Butters. In a pretty nice twist, Butters actually is sort of able to get over his fear on the vampire kids and want to join them to actually become ungroundable and thinks he's a real vampire in classic naieve Butters fashion. Lot of good scenes from him believing Cartman's lie, Butters taped show, Butters getting grounded for mixing items in the pantry, Butters tellign his parents he's ungroundable and them believing him, Butters attacking Cartman and the end where he gets grounded yet again (at least it wasn't as serious as some of the other more mean spirited groundings we've seen of Butters in the last season). There were also good scenes with the Goth Kids. I'm guessing that it was Twilight (which only got a brief mention) and Hot Topic (which actually does carry a lot of vamprie accessories last time I checked) that started the fad. I liked them trying to clarify themselves to the vampires, the normal looking goth kids, the girl goth driving the car and them aruging what to do with the lead vamprie, burning down the school and the speech they made to the kids at the end. Overall good ep. This was actually another one of those simple ones that probably could of been made more at any time which helped work for it. Defintley one of the strongest epsiodes of the season which I'll try grading as a whole at some point.
