South Park "ImaginationLand, Part 2" Talkback (Spoilers)

My jaw dropped when I saw the grey-faced, motionless Kyle. They've never killed off anyone other than Kenny. But apparently it was spoofing some scene from The Abyss, as someone said earlier.

Did anyone else notice that Wario had a V on his hat? Maybe it's not really Wario after all. I have to say I enjoyed Stan and Kyle remembering the imagination song.

Now Stan's trapped in Imaginationland. I would have figured Kyle would have been sucked in, and Cartman then would have been forced to go in after.

Boy, those Woodland Critters are scaring even Jason. I wonder if Cartman's going to be the one to save the day.

I still feel a bit bummed out it wasn't more original...and there were no crab people. Not for anything, I just think people want to hear the crab people song.:p

Can't wait for Part 3, but I really don't see how this would have worked as a full-length movie.

Part three can't come soon enough.

I loved the return of the Woodland Critters and how they're so evil that even the evil characters are disturbed by them. And Wario as an evil imagination character was great too. And Jesus an imaginary character? Haha, that's going to offend someone. Loved that.

A great episode, can't wait for the next part.

"Uh, Snarf, could you, like, shut up for maybe five minutes?"

I wonder how the Woodland Critters will respond to Stan. Will they treat him as a “friend”, as they did in Cartman’s story? He did try to stop them once he realized what was going on, but it makes me wonder how they’ll react to seeing him in Part III.

My guess is that Stan somehow escape the Woodland Critters if they find him first. Odds are Stan will into the other evil characters, who'll turn to Stan to protect THEM from the Woodland Critters.

I'll bet in the end, Cartman arrives in imagination land, and the evil icons agree to go back to their side as long as Cartman stops using his imagination.

Wouldn't having Jesus and Aslan in the Council of Nine be redundant?

Nice callback to previous seasons with Manbearpig and the Woodland Critters.

My friend has a theory about the running gag with kids waking up and thinking Imaginationland is just a dream.

Right before Kyle is about to suck Cartman's balls, Cartman will wake up. It turns out that the entire trilogy was just his dream, and now Cartman owes Kyle ten dollars because Leprechauns aren't real.

I for one was absolutely delighted to see the old salt there. :anime: And frankly I expected to see Disney characters among the evil denizens of Imaginationland, because just about every rival cartoon producer picks on them these days; it's practically a requirement if they want to come off as cool. So it was another delight to see them omitted (although Mickey at least should have been amongst the good guys IMO). Fun ep. Can't wait 'till next week. I hope Cartman gets foiled but good!

Any Episode of woodland Crtiters automaticaly gets 5.5/5, let alone The Cartman-Kyle sub plot, all of the pop culture references, and MANBEARPIG

6/5
