South Park DVD; both sides the same?

I have rented a copy of South Park the Movie

It appears to me, as near as I can tell, that both sides of the DVD are the same?

I cannot believe that they'd press a double-sided disc if they didn't have to...

Anyone have any ideas?
 
You mean even though I only managed to copy one side of the disk I rented last year (copy protection errors on the other) I can still watch it, all the way through? :eek:
