Okay everyone there's still conterversey behind the latest SP episode "201" and the fact that it still isn't avaliable to air on TV OR on legal streaming sites. However let's try and forget that for this episode, the last episode of the first part of Season 14. What Matt and Trey would call the season Finale of SP Spring 2010, it's...

EPISODE 202: "CRIPPLED SUMMER"

SYNOPSIS: "Competition is the name of the game this summer. There is no time for Jimmy and his friends to slack off. They're working to be this year's champions at summer camp. Jimmy suits up and prepares to shred in the annual surfing contest."

NOTE ONE: According to Matt and Trey this episode has nothing to really do with "200" or "201" but there might still be a subtle mention to the contreversey somewhere inside.

NOTE TWO: This idea from the commentaries was proposed around the same time as "Pee" (the Season 13 Finale) was so it's been one of those ones in the background finally being allowed to have it's own plot.

NOTE THREE: Based on the picture, this one will feature the long awaited Return of Timmy, besides just being in the background. I think the last time we had an actual line with Timmy as "Make Love Not Warcraft" but considering the previous two episodes bringing back characters/plot points not seen in over 10 years, I think it makes sense to bring back one of the more popular SP characters (Timmy was actually super popular back in season 4 but kind of dwindled over time).

Well that's it. Enjoy the Episode (Tonight at 10PM) Everyone!

An Intervention parody, kind of ironic seeing that I just saw the show on monday.

Okay I'm laughing at the Looney Toon/MGM parodies

Also, I hope that something happens to the drug smuggler

I'm loving all the Looney Tunes character spoofs.

The two red team kids are a spoof of those mob characters who showed up in the Bugs Bunny cartoons sometimes.

And yet ironically, an episode featuring not just one of my least favorite characters (Towelie), but Jimmy as well, was actually a very good episode. Was this episode the 1/2 season finale?

"Looney Tunes" references are always gold in my book. "South Park" really likes to spoof them every once in a while, huh?

Ah, Towelie. I'm kind of glad he only shows up occasionally.

And the "Those Endearing Young Charms" gag is always laugh-worthy no matter what.

All the Looney Tunes references made this my favorite episode of the season so far. The Intervention parody was kinda funny too. I didn't catch any subtle mentions of controversy though, other than the viewer discreetion thing after the first break.

This was a very funny episode. I am a little surprised that for the talent show competition (I assume that's what it was... saw it listed on the board listing comeptitions) Jimmy performed a ukelelee act as opposed to stand-up comedy.

I've noticed that in most of the Jimmy-focused episodes, there's very little focus/screen time on the main kids, excluding Cartman, who often has a big role in a subplot or as co-star to Jimmy. And in this episode, in which Jimmy is the focus of the subplot (I consider the Towelie plot to be the main plot, despite the title... Though you could say the stars of the subplot are really Nathan and Mimsy), Cartman is hardly in the episode. It's also weird to see an episode with very little Cartman.
