sour cream salsa dressing...?

how do you make sour cream salsa dressing?
im always buying the fresh express pre made salads
just for the dressing and im tired of paying 5 dollars for just
one bag of it!

does anyone know how to make the dressing?????
 
Old Fashioned Sour Cream Salad Dressing

1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon paprika
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 cup sour cream

1 Stir together salt, sugar, and paprika with lemon juice and vinegar until salt and sugar are dissolved.

2 Whisk in sour cream, blending until smooth.
