I'm petite ( about 5'2") and hourglass shaped with a little bit of weight I've been working on losing. I have a rather big behind and wide hips, and lately I feel like my current haircut is making me look bigger than I am from behind.
My hair is thick and naturally straight, and right now it's mid-way down my back, cut in the "V" style with layers. I also have side bangs that look really great because I have a heart shaped face.
Does anyone know what sort of haircut would look best on me and not draw so much attention to my wide hips? I don't care too much about trying to have a haircut that makes me look taller- I don't mind being short
I'm not willing to spend time curling my hair, because I don't have time and it won't hold a curl very well anyway. I love having long hair, but maybe it's just not a good fit for me... Not sure though, so any opinions and ideas are welcome! Pics of ideas would be great, too.
Thanks!
