What are the laws pertaining to sound disturbance or disturbing the peace in nevada? I mean regarding the decibel level or sound level that has to do with car audio systems also known as "boom cars". I was curious at what point is your car stereo system considered to loud or illegal.
I live in Las Vegas, Nevada. Clark County to be exact. Ive heard that if you can hear the music from 100 feet away coming from your car when all the windows are up that it is considered illegal. Im not really sure if this is the truth though. In turn, if your windows are down then there is no law on sound in your car? This is what ive heard from friends, no one really knowing the law.
