We have surround sound that someone else hooked up for us and ever since we can't manually turn up our T.V when we use things we don't have the surround sound hookups for (Like gaming systems). We can't even get to sound options at all. How can we fix this and what did they do to make it like this?
Sound is not available on Samsung flat screen?
