I have a new Audiovox SMT5600. I've been able to move over several mp3 files for ringtones. However, I tried moving over a few short mp3 files to use as phone sounds (for reminders, new email notification sound, etc) and have tried these in both the \Windows and \Storage\My Documents\My Sounds directories BUT the files do not show up in the list of available files.
Is the phone limited to the files (*.mid's) that come with the phone OS? Or am I doing something wrong?
Again - I have *.mp3 files working for ringtones. it's the event sounds that are not allowing being added to.
