I've been reading the threads throughout rabroad and all the hot topics. And I've come to a point where I can't really defend staying with TMO any more (plus Im really bored at work at this particular moment).
I've been with TMO a VERY, VERY long time. Service has been consistent, never really had any issues unless it was to order a new berry which has always been an ordeal within itself. I actually got a call from an executive VP's assistant when I got new 8320 because I was forced to jump through hoops and I complained about it. Situation was resolved in the end. But the fact that I had to basically go on the warpath to get situation resolved irked me.
No BOLD, No STORM, delayed 3G- seems like TMO is always late to the party.
I'm curious to know, why do you stay with TMO? What made you switch to TMO?
Or if you switched to another carrier, what was the final straw for you?
