Sotomayer said that Roe vs Wade is settled law?

She only has one case on her record relating to abortion; and her ruling indicated a pro-life stance (something to do with not allowing funding for organizations that promote abortion.)

She's a closet-pro-life judge, but I don't think she would go as far as overturning Roe v. Wade because it was settled, done and over with back in 1973.

It is settled Law.

What we (the anti abortion crowd) fail to recognize is the social aspect of abortion is subject to influence and change even though the Law may not change.

yes she did not take into consideration that Roe later changed her mind and said she was wrong in her belief that she could kill her baby by abortion all these after her aborted her baby her husband left and she was a bitter old woman without a family

If she believes that Roe is "settled law", is it safe to assume she would have believed the same thing about Plessy v Ferguson?

Typical activist judge: only those rulings with which she agrees are "settled law". Everything else is up for grabs.

It is settled...Each side trots it out during campaign runs, say they'll do this and that, and tuck it away after the dust settles...It isn't going to be overturned, it isn't going to be ignored. It's settled.
