Actually you can enable it a special dongle is requried though but i can tell you that it wouldnt do you any good to enable OTSAP anyway
cricket doesnt have EVDO prl's in most areas... That phone will only get a signal if it has an evdo prl if you OTASP the phone and it restarts using the normal 1040 prl it will loose a signal

Is that what it does? I never tryed it, I modded a roaming PRL and off I went. I hated that phone though, I only had mine a week.

Well, when i do ##778 The settings are rtn,vocoder,akey,prev,msl,prl,3g data1/2, dial and PPP. None of them have a setting for NAM/MIN They have SID and that stuff but not MIN/nam or atleast on mine, want me to take pics of the menus?
