...would he have to change schools? me and the boy are both 14 well i was 13 at the time
what would of happened to the guy if i had of gone to the police and btw my dad knows and the school knows cuz i told the councollor
On the 13th of March 2009 on a Friday night I was staying at a friend’s house ashley while her brother sam had a friend staying over to, Jesse that night between 1am and 2am while ashley was asleep in her room like sam was as well in his room and where Jesse should have been but instead he was in the lounge room and I herd him in the lounge room so I went out of ashley bedroom into the lounge room to see what he was doing. When I got to the lounge room he was sitting on a single lounge looking at me and I sat down on the computer chair and we talked for about ten minutes then I said I was going to bed and that he should to because I was worried he would come in to karleeanne’s room again like he did earlier that night. So I told him to go to bed he refused and I was like come on just go to bed then he said “I will if you give me a hug” and I said “okay” he stood up off the lounge to hug me and he put his hand on my *** and pulled me onto his lap back onto the lounge and then he started to put his hand down my top to try and feel my boobs and I said “no Jesse I don’t want you to” and then I went to try and get up and that’s when he put one of his arms around my stomach so I couldn’t get up
He then tried to touch my boobs again and I kept saying “DON’T JESSE!”
He then said “if you kiss me on the cheek I will let you go” so I said okay then” and I kissed him on the cheek then he said kiss me on the lips now and I said but you said you would let me go if I kissed you on cheek” and he said “nah just kiss me on the lips and I will” so I said” err fine” so I kissed him And said “let me go now” and he didn’t say anything and started to put his hand down my pants and I said “Jesse don’t or I will scream” then he covered my mouth and whispered in my ear “scream then” and then I was really scared and had tears in my eyes and he put his hand down my pants again and I grabbed on to his arm and tried to get it out of my pants but he was to strong and I was telling him to stop the whole time but he wouldn’t and I started to kick him and he finally let me go and I ran into ashleys room, shut the door and sat on the bed and started to cry and then ashley woke up and I told her what happened and she started to cry because she felt so bad for being asleep and the whole thing had gone on for about 40 minutes.
So would he of got in any trouble for it ?
and i also have nightmears everynight and wake up crying and get really upset when i see him at school everyday any ideas that can help me get over it?
