Ok a couple days ago I went to the gym and I went on the elliptical machine for 30 minutes and then went to weight machines specifically for my arms, legs and stomach.(for about 20 minutes, 20-50 reps per machine) Well Im not sure if I picked the wrong arm machine because now my armpits are really sore.(I picked the one you put your elbows on grab the handles and pull the weights up) Especially the muscle that connects your underarms to your back. I didnt stretch before I worked out which might be why. Also Im not sure why it started to be sore yesterday when I didnt even work on the weights yesterday.(only elliptical) They werent sore the day I did the weights, so why now?
BTW- today its still sore and im supposed to do the weights today sence I didnt have time yesterday. Should I or will it make it worse??
