Recently I have been in quite a bit of discomfort because of what I am thinking is an allergic reaction but I am not 100% sure. The pain originally starts off with a sort of chapped feeling on my palms (as they might on an extremely cold day) however, they start to turn red and then become incredibly itchy.The soles of my feet then do exactly the same to the point where i can barely walk on them because they feel so sore. My whole body then ends up so itchy that I am finding myself cutting myself and causing under the skin spots to occur because I am chronically itching. I know this is not normal and together with the swelling up of my fingers and toes as well as my lips I would like to hear some ideas?!
I used to drink a huge amount of orange juice and it has been suggested that it could be to do with an acid build up? Could this be true?
