sore nipples 7 days until period unprotected sex could i be pregnant?

My period is not suppossed to start for 7 more days, how ever we are trying to get pregnant. My nipples hurt but not my boobs. We had unprotected sex during my ovulation day. I don't want to get my hopes up, but could u be preggers?!?

go to the freaking doctors or go get a pregnancy test.
