For like maids and butlers and stuff that work for royalty and the aristocracy in general, is there like a school of maids and butlers that they pull from? 
I mean its not like they're going to hire any regular joe-shmo that has cleaning and caretaking experience and its not like back in the day when certain people were expected to go into servitude...
I guess what I'm asking is how exactly does one become a maid/butler to modern aristocracy?
