I had a very dull persistent ache in my lower-left abdominal cavity. The pain was there for roughly 2-4 days and it slowly faded away. Then, it came back with a vengeance. The pain was persistent and was slightly more intense. About 2-4 days after, I got my period. (I hadn't gotten my period in 6-8 months).
I was getting worried thinking it was cancer (because it felt like something was moving). Could it just be my ovulation cycle? Or something more serious? Thanks in advance.
