my phone was broken so i sent it off.. blah blah blah. I got it back today and called them because when i sent it off 2 weeks ago i still had unlimited texting and calling. i think they should put that money back on my phone becuase i should've had it for 2 weeks when i didn't. the girl i spoke to said it's not their problem. Any adivce?
