sounds like your amp has peak protection and you may be running to much power to your amp
another solution is that it may be grounding out check your wires from the battery to the amp then from the ground to the amp
make sure that there is no loose connection or frayed wires that may be grounding out on the car or other wires
you may want to start with the ground since it is an easyier wire to trace make sure that it is tight and not touching anything else
also try to lower the fuse amp rate coming off the battery to the amp
if these solutions do not work take the speaker out of the box and make sure there are no loose wires inside the box
somtimes when improperly installed the wires will viberate loose so go over all of your conections if none of these solutions work
