I am looking for assistance with my mp3 player.
For some odd reason, everytime I go to a song (most songs), it says "cannot play. please connect to compliant software and update license information."
I do not know what this means! I have plugged my USB cable into the computer and turned my player on and off and still, its the same.
I used BearShare to download most of my music, Frostwire for some.
I have uninstalled both programs on my computer as of about a week ago because they were slowing down my computer.
Though, I still have all of my music on my player.
Im not quite sure what to do..? I dont know how to delete all of my music on my player, and do not want to.I dont know if this information will do you any-good but, this is what my make looks like:
