hi,

does anyone know an unlocking code for the w810i i can use?
also, how do i keep my phone from turning off its screen when its idle for like 20 seconds? i hate it when i shuts off the screen.

Contact the provider that it is locked to, and request for the subsidy codes.

Can't do anything about the screen on standby, it's just the way how it is.
