Sony Vegas pro 10 won't open anymore?

I got Sony Vegas a few days ago and it worked fine but then i downloaded the update (10b i think) and now it won't even open up on my computer. How do i fix this?

I had it once before but then i re-install it and it worked.But if I now re-install it it doesnt work
 
Mine too stopped working. It was fine the day I downloaded the update but then now a week after it won't start at all. I've tried re-installing and it still won't work! Please help
