Sony Vaio Vs HP pavilion?

Hi everyone! I have the option to chose between a Sony Vaio VPCEB3AFM/WI and a HP Pavilion dv6-3127d. Here are both specifications:
Sony VAIO
Intel® Pentium® Processor / 15.5" Display / 3GB Memory / 320GB Hard Drive at 450 dlls

HP pavilion
Intel® Core™ i3 Processor / 15.6" Display / 4GB Memory / 500GB Hard Drive at 560 dlls

Please help me chose the best one.
