Hey I just recently got a Sony W810i phone and I was wondering how I can get mp3 files to work as my ringtone, it keeps telling me it cant play the sound, how do I fix this..

I had the same question when i bought mine.. you will need to clip the MP3 down to 600kb or less... 
that's right 600kb! pretty small but when you consider that it will only give you a clip of the song that's anywhere from 15-30 secs.. that's perfect for a ringtone.. you will need an Mp3 editing program i use MpTrim.. i googled it, and got my songs cut down to work now.. hope that helps...
