I own a Sony VAIO F series laptop. I want to create recovery disc using it's VAIO menu but it says it cannot find my DVD burner drive. At the same time i check and my drive works properly. Windows Explorer and Ashampoo etc see it and say everything is ok. But that application cannot find it!
What's the problem?
