Sony Memory Pro Stick Duo 16gb won't work.?

My laptop and psp won't detect the memory stick. When I put the memory stick and turn on my psp the screen turn black, but when I take out the memory stick and turn on my psp the screen is normal. My laptop vista won't even detect it, no driver alert or pop up shows.
I was adding something to my memory stick, when my laptop freeze I turn off my laptop.
