hi, i have this problem everything works but this.
1. When i turn the lcd on there is verticle lines on the SONY logo.
2. Then As i put the cable, peole have this slow shade and it moves slow.
a. I have put a PC vga cord to the tv, and whole picture is PEFECT but the mouse,
moves in SLOW motion.
Not sure, but i hear online that its the Tcon board, I saw something like this on youtube and it was that long board that is verticle inside the tv.

In my research i have found.
1. It might be the Tcon Board or the Panel
2. If i am going to replace the Tcon board it has to be the same one as i have. Serial has to match the panel, due to specific information of the panel.
