Sony JamTrax won't work... Please Help!?

I got Sony JamTrax and tried to install it on my Windows Vista and my Windows 7 computers, but both times whenever I tried to run it, I got 4 popup messages saying it could not create some kind of "managers." I DON'T GET IT! Help?

BTW, I installed it on a very old, outdated Compaq Presario laptop and it worked... but i really want it on a newer, faster computer, so what is the difference?
 
yeah, it's the same for my dell printer, you computer's most likely too new (esp. from windows XP to 7). try buying a newer version of jamtrax.
The best logically answer I could think of for this is the files aren't able to be opened because the program that opens it already changed to a newer file version that's quicker, uses less space and no as laggy.
