I downloaded the software for my Sony Handycam HDR-SR10E, and when it tells me to either 'run' or 'save' I clicked 'save', now it tells me to 'start', and when I do it automatically opens Internet Explorer to save it or something, but then IE ALWAYS stops working and closes, so I can't even use the software.
Google Chrome is my default browser, but it still automatically opens IE. I've tried disabling IE but it just opens it anyway and doesn't display a page. Is there ANYTHING I can do? Do I need to update IE or something? Or can I make it open Chrome instead?
I'm using Windows Vista if it helps, and using a Dell PC. The software works fine on my laptop, but my laptop has issues and I can't use it.
