Sony Handycam DCR-DVD 105 Help?

So I have this camera and lately I have not been able to record I keep getting this error saying UNSUPPORTED DISC FORMAT. and it is really annoying i can't do anything. Also is there a way to delete videos from the actual camcorder.? And sometimes I get an error saying DISK TRAY Open. How do you upload the videos to youtube does anyone know Thanks
